Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, including business registration, tax regulations, and local e-commerce rules.

Kash Bazzar shall not be held liable for unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.
All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.

Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on location.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after return approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as Kash Bazzar store credit.
Orders can be canceled prior to dispatch for a full refund.
Shipped orders cannot be canceled but may be returned as per our return policy.
Vendors must ensure accurate product descriptions, quality assurance, and timely dispatch.
We do not charge listing fees but reserve the right to suspend or remove vendors for violations.

Unauthorized use, duplication, or modification of content is strictly prohibited.
Users and Vendors may not:

We are not responsible for actions of third-party vendors or product quality.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction.
