We currently deliver across Srinagar and selected surrounding areas.
Our trusted delivery partners ensure prompt and secure service across:

  • 🏘️ Tier 2 & 3 towns

  • 🌄 Remote & rural locations

📌 Note: Delivery in remote areas may be limited or experience slightly longer timelines.

🏷️ 4. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation SMS/email after placing an order.

  • A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched.

💵 6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000.

  • A ₹50 COD fee may apply on select orders.

  • Customers must be available to receive COD orders.

📌 Repeated refusals of COD orders may result in restrictions for future purchases.


⏱️ 7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

In case of delays or failed deliveries:

  1. Check your tracking link for real-time updates.

  2. Contact support – we’ll coordinate with the courier.

  3. Reattempt delivery will be scheduled automatically if the first fails.

📦 8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

If your order is damaged, tampered with, or has missing items:
