To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

If eligible, a pickup will be scheduled at your location.
The item will be picked up and inspected at our warehouse.
If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed based on your payment method:

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
