Refund Policy

At Kash Bazzar, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process to make things right. Please review the following policy details before initiating a return or exchange.


📦 1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • ✅ Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • ✅ All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • ✅ Return/exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • ✅ Product must not be in the non-returnable category (see Section 4).

📌 Note: Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or of poor quality.

  • If eligible, a pickup will be scheduled at your location.

Step 3: Pickup & Quality Check

  • The item will be picked up and inspected at our warehouse.

  • If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.

📌 If the product fails quality checks, the return request may be rejected.


💸 3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed based on your payment method:

📌 Note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.


🚫 4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • ❌ Perishable goods (groceries, fruits, vegetables, dairy)

  • ❌ Personal care & hygiene items (soaps, razors, cosmetics, etc.)

  • ❌ Undergarments & innerwear

  • ❌ Customized or personalized products

  • ❌ Digital products & gift cards

📌 Exception: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item in these categories, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.


🔄 5. Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges on eligible products under the following conditions:

  • ✅ You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

  • ✅ A wrong size or variant was delivered.

Exchange Steps:

  2. We’ll pick up and inspect the returned item.

  3. A replacement will be shipped upon approval.

  4. If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


❌ 6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled — the return policy will apply instead.

  • Refund processing times may vary based on banks/payment providers.
